The Kentucky Derby is my favorite, big time Southern celebration; romantic picture hats, racing horses and wondrous juleps. One winning memory is Kentucky First Lady and former Miss America Phyllis George waving a kiss to one and all saying "Love Y'all" as mimosa and jasmine wafted throughout Churchill Downs.
